The festival brings together surfers, conservationists, families, and ocean lovers for a weekend celebrating our shared connection to the sea.
Friday 21 August, 6pm-10pm
6pm – Live music from Laura Kate
8pm – Save The Waves Film Festival on the big outdoor screen — the world's only international surf and environmental film festival. Ten films including Pertama: The Life of Rio Waida (Rio Waida's rise from Bali to the world stage) and Save the Bay (Corralejo Bay's fight to protect its marine ecosystem from industrial development)

12pm–7pm – Free family workshops & bouncy castle all day

8:30pm–10pm – Edinburgh Conservation Film Festival screening. Eight films including The Detectorists (a dog's-eye-view otter documentary that's gone viral) and The Living Layer (peatland restoration across Exmoor, Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor, and winner of Best Film at the 2026 Edinburgh Conservation Film Festival)

All proceeds go towards improving water quality across the North Devon World Surf Reserve
Free parking at John Fowler Beach Car Park Fri 21 Aug & Sat 22 Aug 6pm-11pm for ticket holders. Please note: there will be no parking at the event site itself.
