Building & Running your Water Bar

1. You need a water supply from the mains and a pipe (obviously used only for this purpose!) that will reach from the tap to your Water Bar. You also need the right connector to attach to the mains feed tap.

2. You will need a Food & Hygiene certificate from your local council

3. For a single tap Water Bar purchase a water filter (this connects to the mains feed pipe) and a further length of pipe that fits between the filter and the tap.

4. Also purchase a tap that has room to fill water bottles i.e. it needs to be the type of kitchen tap that is an arch shape (as per the image at the top of this page).

5. Build the bar as per the instructions.

6. Connect the hosepipe to the mains supply and test.

7. Complete your Risk Assessment for the event in relation to the Water Bar.

8. Be sure to follow the Hygiene Instructions to keep your water safe for everyone to drink.
